WillowTree Wash – Service Policies

At WillowTree Wash, we value your time, your property, and our planet. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we’ve outlined the following policies regarding scheduling, payments, safety, and service standards.leaving your home looking its best.

Scheduling

  • Appointments: Services are available by appointment only. Please book in advance to secure your preferred time.
     
  • Arrival Window: Our team provides an estimated arrival window. Weather, traffic, and job complexity may affect timing, but we will notify you of any delays.
     
  • Access Requirements: Clients must ensure clear access to all work areas (windows, driveways, decks, etc.) at the scheduled time. Gates, pets, and vehicles should be secured in advance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Notice Requirement: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
     
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of service may incur a 25% fee of the scheduled service cost.
     
  • Weather Delays: In cases of inclement weather, WillowTree Wash reserves the right to reschedule services for safety and quality reasons. Clients will be contacted promptly.

Payments

  • Accepted Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.
     
  • Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements are made.
     
  • Deposits: Large-scale commercial projects or specialty services may require a deposit. This will be discussed before booking.
     
  • Late Payments: Payments not received within 7 business days may incur a 5% late fee.

Safety & Property Care

  • Eco-Friendly Promise: All cleaning solutions are biodegradable and environmentally safe.
     
  • Surface Protection: Our team takes every precaution to protect landscaping, furniture, and property. Please move fragile or valuable outdoor items before service.
     
  • Pets & Children: For safety, please keep pets and children indoors or away from service areas during work.
     
  • Liability: WillowTree Wash is fully insured; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, unsecured items, or fragile surfaces not disclosed before service.

Service Quality Guarantee

  • Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
     
  • Exclusions: Stains caused by permanent damage (e.g., rust, oil penetration, oxidation) may not be fully removable. We will advise you before beginning work.

Environmental Responsibility

  • Water Usage: We use efficient water practices to reduce waste.
     
  • Eco Solutions: All cleaning products are safe for plants, pets, and the environment.
     
  • Sustainable Practices: We continuously review our methods to align with eco-friendly best practices.
